David Rieth
Director
David focuses on transaction management, deal strategy, and financial modeling and analysis. Before joining Continuum, he worked at Longview Senior Housing, Blackstone’s senior housing portfolio company, where he played a key role in the asset management, financial analysis, portfolio strategy, and divestment of over $1 billion in senior housing communities across the country. His experience on the institutional ownership side provides a unique perspective on valuation, investment strategy, and transaction execution.
David holds a B.A. in Financial Economics from the University of Rochester and an M.S. in Real Estate from the University of Florida.
Beyond the Desk
David is a proud native of the St. Petersburg, Florida area, where he and his wife call home. He grew up playing baseball throughout Florida before playing collegiately at the University of Rochester, where he lettered for four years. An avid boater and Tampa Bay sports fan, David enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and tackling projects around the house.
