Tina specializes in the design and production of bespoke offering materials at Continuum Advisors. Since 2005, she has focused exclusively on senior housing investment sales, bringing deep sector knowledge and attention to detail to every transaction. Tina collaborates closely with the team to ensure each pitch book and offering memorandum reflects Continuum Advisors’ tailored approach to successful transactions.
Her experience includes roles with Truist’s Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, Cushman & Wakefield, and CBRE.
Beyond the Desk
Outside of work, Tina dominates in backyard ping-pong matches, poker (low stakes) and campfire s’mores with friends and family. A Central California native, she now calls San Diego home with her husband, three kids, and black lab.
